EDI installed my ScanFile Solution on my server and had me up and scanning the same day. EDI completely customized their software to exactly fit the way I file documents within my business. My paper problem is under control and I can access odl files, review them and answer questions within seconds. The huge amount of storage space means I can retain files as long as I choose. I no longer rely on archaic fax machines or the US Postal Service to deliver my clients; request, as I can now email my work, saviong us both valuable time and money. I have a complete backup of everything I scan or import into the system and I have peace of mind knowing that I finally have a disaster recovery plan for my business. Their customer service is excellent as well, and if I ever have a question or problem, it is nice to know I can call someone directly who will handle the situation quickly and reliably! This was absolutely one of the best investments I have amde for my business!
