The thought of choosing a scanning system was a daunting one considering the financial, time, training and implementation costs that were involved. Being completely unfamiliar to scanning, it was of primary importance (and yet impossible to be certain) that the system we chose would accommodate our various scanning tasks, enable our employees to easily find what they were looking for once scanned, and provide a reliable backup to our files.

In the end, the choice was easy. EDI made going paperless extremely smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, EDI listened to our needs, thoroughly demonstrated the product and clearly explained the costs and services offered. Once we decided to proceed, EDI carefully walked us through the process. They guided us in designing the program to fit our needs, completely installed and configured the system, provided on-site training, and all-the-while accommodated themselves to our schedule and patiently and promptly answered all of our questions. Throughout the experience, EDI demonstrated the highest degree of professionalism and a company-wide commitment to exceptional customer service.

I couldn’t be happier with the process and the final product. The scanning continues to go quickly and smoothly in part because we haven’t had a moment’s trouble with either the program or the equipment.
